1.Information we collect

We collect your name, mobile number and email address when you register your interest in Saathveda. If you choose to tell us, we also record whether you are registering for yourself or for a family member.

If you register for a family member, please make sure they know and agree before you share their details.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address, the name shown on your account, and what you write to us.

We also use basic website analytics to understand how our website is used, such as which pages are visited.

2.How we use your information

We use your information to record your interest in Saathveda, communicate with you about our launch and provide relevant platform updates where you have agreed to receive them. We use your messages to reply to you.

We will not knowingly use your information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.

3.Confidentiality and sharing

Your name, mobile number and email address submitted through the waitlist form will not be publicly displayed on our website or shared with other prospective members.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with authorised service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our website, store submitted information or send communications, or disclose it where required by law.

4.Data security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or misuse. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We delete the details you give on the waitlist form six months after Saathveda opens. We retain other information, such as your messages, only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice or as required by applicable law. When it is no longer needed, we will delete or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5.Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop sending you launch updates, by emailing us at the address below.

We will handle your requests in accordance with applicable law. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request or a concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
